About Lauren Moore

Originally from New Jersey, Lauren began her real estate career by working with her mother in real estate while still in high school. After graduating from Emerson College with a degree in Mass Communications, she moved to California and worked in marketing, sales, and the entertainment industry.

Following her heart, Lauren joined the Ruth Pugh Group and Century 21 Award in 2008 and has been working exclusively in residential real estate ever since. In 2009, she was recognized as the "Rookie of the Year". She enjoys the hunt for the perfect house for her clients, excels at contract negotiations, and is known in the industry as a person of integrity. Specializing in short sales, she also helps distressed homeowners explore their options, equity homeowners sell their homes for top dollar, first time homebuyers find a place they can call "home", and investors acquire the perfect "positive cash flow" property.
